Your best bet may to be go to a salon and have it chemically straightened. It's a little costly but lasts a long time and if your hair is already healthy it won't damage it too much. Chemically straightening it will help the ends to not curl when your hair starts to grow a bit longer, however, it's not a cure-all, and you may want to invest in a very thin high quality hair straightener.
