I need fish help :), which one should i buy..?

Okay well I want a fish or two.. but i want a small tank because i dont want it to take lotsa place.. i want a friendly fish :) but a cute fish of course. i like colorful fishes and i did see one i did like alot.. its the kind of fish when you put your finger on the aquarium gl it fallows your finger but apparently you need a big aquarium for them?? anyways i'd really like to have two fishes but.. i dont want like one always teasing the other and yeah im new at this fish thing LOL :P thanks.
