My doctor put me on FLOMAX how long before my body can tolerate it??

He also put me on BACTRIM 800MG 2X a day both for a uninary inf. Which one is making me SO TIRED. The Bactrim write up doesn't say any thing about tired but the FLOMAX says my body has to get used to it. HELP!!
