Save items in a collapsed content group?

for ease of use, and not dealing with computer savvy people I can tell you from experience that it is much better for the user and cuts way down on tech support calls if you allow the data to be collapsed and saved. So if the user collapses they can reopen the collapsed group and be right back where they started from if they need to be.
