How do I put my mom into rehab?

Shes completely incoherent. Its not that she doesnt want to get help, shes so drugged up she doesnt even know whats going on. shes not just an addict. Shes basically in a coma where all she can do is moan and shake. Is there a way I can legally take her to rehab or atleast put her in jail until shes sober enough to know whats going on?
