Can't find a Nolan-Verse Harley Quinn Fanfic?

Over Christmas I read a fanfic about how Harley Quinn and the Joker came to be a couple. It was about Harley but she was nothing like the cartoon one. I don't really remember except I know she was his doctor and instead of talking they watched movies. And in the last couple of chapters he poisons her with stuff that makes you laugh so the cuts in her face will break open and she will bleed to death. He puts the antidode in his mouth so she has to kiss him but she doesnt cause she is immune and I think thats the end. I was wanting to know if the author updated or not but couldn't find the fanific anywhere. Please help!
