Why are people saying the Spain basketball team isn't racist?

I'm hispanic and have been to Spain and lived there for some time and while they are necessarily racist they tend to criticize a lot and talk badly about other groups of people. This is just a generalization though, but what is true is that many people in Spain don't like immigration from South America or Africa.
