Has anyone heard of the Queen of Heaven or Queen of All and what significance does she have in the end times?

I recently heard a study dealing with the Mystery Babylon and this "queen of heaven" or "queen of all" was mentioned as a Mary-type. The comment was made that there have been multiple visions of this "women" and that she will bring all religions together to form the one-world religion at the end of times. Does anyone know anything about this or where I can get some accurate information?
