Climate change and governments ,how much is truth and how much is spin?

Things like climate change,war,education,the NHS are just election tools to take the mind of real issues like poverty in our low paid,the unfair tax system,where has all the billions gone which the government keeps borrowing,MP,s not getting prosecuted for fraud etc.etc.
