35 weeks pregnant 2 1/2 cm dialted and lost my mucas plug?

baby is breech, i'm 35 weeks pregnant. and lost all of my mucas plug. i went from 2 cm dialted to 2 1/2 cm dialted in one day. my dr told me i cant work (im a server) till i see them again. (about 2 days). is it safe to have baby now? is baby coming this week?
